Commercial Executive with a broad managerial experience of more than 25 years in international, cross functional and cultural environment as well as in Switzerland.

  • Development of channel specific commercial strategies for consumer goods categories coffee, confectionary, culinary, ice-cream and frozen food based on Shopper Know-How.
  • Creation and implementation of promotions and in-store visibility programs to optimally influence the purchase decision.
  • Development of new distribution approaches and ways of information exchange.
  • Led and managed Taskforce’s in the areas of distribution and account management in several countries.
  • Assumed global responsibility for international customers as contract negotiator. Achieved partnership contract signatures representing more than 30 international markets.
  • Developed global Key Account training programs, and delivered it to 220 attendees worldwide.
  • Restructured Germany’s sales force and negotiated advantageous programs with unions.
  • Anticipated changing consumer behavior in Switzerland and implemented a consumer force.
  • Elaborated and implemented a new strategic program for the Swiss wholesale and retail trade leading to a competitive advantage during 2 years.
  • As Commercial Director led teams up to 450 people. Developed and implemented programs regarding people development, recruitment, motivation, feedback and coaching.
