Andreas Vertesi

As a passionate Salesman I could acquire valuable extensive managerial, leadership and commercial experiences during numerous years, at international level, across functions and cultures, but importantly also in Switzerland.

After a few semesters of law studies at the Zurich University I achieved the federal diploma as Marketing Specialist, an Executive MBA at INSEAD Fontainebleau and Certificate in Retail Management at the HSG Sankt Gallen.

Finally I obtained  the ACC Certificate in Coaching at the ICF (International Coaching Federation) as well as a Certificate as Adult Trainer FSEA 1 (Swiss federation of continuing education).

My professional career happened, among others, at Philip Morris, where I grew through several positions to become Sales Director in Switzerland, then in Germany/Austria and finally Director International Sales Strategy and Global Key Accounts.

Three years at Nestlé as Head of Category Channel Sales Development (for the categories chocolate, culinary, coffee and ice cream) further specialized me in the area of Shopper Marketing.

All these steps allowed me 2016 to start my own company in Coaching, Training and Consulting, specialized in the accompaniment and development of companies and individuals.

I make all these experiences and competencies available in order to accompany and support you to shape your own successfull future!

My objectives

  • Accompany companies and individuals with potential based Coaching and helping them to find their own solutions.
  • Elaborate and deliver customized training in leadership, commercialization, distribution, Key Account & Category Management and negotiation.
  • Consulting on and development of commercial strategies and plans.
  • Free up resources to reinvest in value added activities.
